Important Announcements (Musical Helpers Only)

Here's the updated list of Broadway Musical helpers:

*Be sure to let Hidayah know your admin number and school, if you have not do so.

**This Musical is a major event and ur full commitment is required. It is known that you are to help out for both days of the Musical (5th and 6th Feb). Timings are to be confirmed as the days draw closer.

***It'll be a whole day event for both days. I believe dinner will be provided (Not sure abt lunch though) and excuse letters will be provided to all. Once they are ready, you'll be immediately informed for collection.

****There'll be 2 makeup workshops that I make them COMPULSORY to attend (exception to only valid reasons). I apologise for this urgency but it's for the sake of the Musical and the performers.

1. This Saturday (23 Jan 2010) @ E308 from 1-4 or 5pm
2. Next Friday (29 Jan 2010) - time and venue are to be confirmed

*****There'll be 2 full-dress rehearsals as part of a revision and to finalise the makeup for all performers. Please attend. Excuse letters will be provided for these as well for the convenience of everyone.

Days/Dates: Tuesday & Wednesday, 2-3 Feb 2010

Time: 2-5 pm

Please take note that there'll be no lesson for today and the following weeks, unless stated.
We'll be focusing on the Broadway Musical events for now.

Below is the current list of MUA helpers for Broadway Musical event on 5th & 6th Feb 09:

So far, this is the names of whom have informed me and that I've remembered that they're going help out. But, we need more helpers, if possible. We're aiming 18-23 helpers!

This is a huge event and a great experience that you should not miss! Through this event, we can bond among MUA members and the performers.

So, please SMS Huda (2nd year), Hidayah, Siti or Diana if you would like to help out ASAP! It's a whole-day event for both days (timings to be confirmed). Excuse letters for Fri will be given only if requested. Thanks!
