So, Thank you to all who attended the therapeutic Henna lesson last week...:))
Ur attendance is greatly appreciated.... :))

Since most of us are having common tests and projects all around, I regret to inform you that lessons will cease for the time being til after the holidays.

Thank you to those who have been attending lessons regularly and participating in the lessons so far, we deeply appreciate your time and effort...:))

So, MAKE UP ARTISTES CLUB activities and lessons will resume after the school holidays..
Do check the blog during the holidays for any updates and the date and time of CCA will be updated in due time...

Hey M.U.A babes....

So after another break from lesson last Wednesday because of Hari Raya Haji, we're back for another lesson as usual this Wednesday..!!!

This Wednesday 24th November 2010, we'll be having a lesson on.....

HENNA ART...:))

Its going to be the first time we're going to have a henna lesson so here are the things you guys will need for the lesson:

1) Prepared Henna Cone (You can just buy it at most Indian stores for less than 5 bucks)
2) Mehendi oil / Axe oil (optional)
3) Lots and lots of tissue :))
4) cotton buds / tooth picks (optional)

So, we'll be practising and learning to draw simple henna designs together..:))

Come down for lessons on Wednesday 24th Nov 2010 at 4pm and meet outside the clubroom..

Hey Make up Artistes...!!! :))

Here to update about the upcoming lesson tis Wednesday....

After a fun and fruitful nail art lesson last week we're gonna move on with a new lesson tis week...

So for this week we'll be having a hairstyle session....

We're gonna learn BRIDAL HAIRSTYLES....

And also we can try any hairstyles that u guys wanna suggest during the lesson...

So bring down your combs and Hairpins (preferable bobby pins...) for this week...

So see you tis wednesday at 4pm outside the clubroom and let's get styling... :D

Hey Make Up Artistes...

This Wednesday, 3rd November 2010, we'll be having our lesson as usual every wednesday...

This weeks' lesson is gonna be different from our usual make up lesson....
We're gonna be having a.....

"NAIL ART LESSON!!!"

So, for this week you can keep away your make up brushes and bring the following items:

1. Nail Polish (Any colour or your choice, it'd be good if you can get at least 2 different colours)
2. Nail Polish remover
3. Cotton Bud
4. Toothpick
5. Nail Clipper
6. Nail Files

All the items above are easily available at faceshop or those kind of neighbourhood stores that are quite cheap, no need to get expensive items...:)

A concern that i would like to raise would be attendance. Alot of you have not been attending the lesson ever since the beginning of the new semester. Maybe its because you didnt check the blog or facebook. Please REGULARLY check the blog and fb for updates... Do not only depend on SMSes then you would come.. Please have the liberty to check the blog and fb.. The attendance is poor and very upsetting.

So that's it for now, and do remember to come down for lesson THIS WEDNESDAY, 3RD NOVEMBER 2010, at 4PM, MEET OUTSIDE THE CLUBROOM.
